Usually a couple of business days. Apply online, we check your details, and call you if we need anything.

Is there a minimum order?

No published minimum. Order one unit or a pallet at the same dealer price.

Can I see prices before I apply?

Suggested retail (MSRP) is public on every product page. Your dealer price shows once your account is approved and you log in.

Do you offer payment terms?

Terms can be set up for approved accounts. Ask when you apply or call the trade line.

What is your return policy?

90 days on unused stock in its original packaging, with no restocking fee. Ask for a return authorization (RA) first.

Can you deliver to our yard?

In the Edmonton area we deliver in our own van and truck. Outside Edmonton, door delivery is quoted per order.

Can I pick up at the warehouse?

Yes. Collection from 2843 50 Ave NW is free, Mon–Fri 9–6 and Sat 9–5. Most Edmonton-area accounts collect the same day.
