The Titan Soft Roll-Up is the everyday workhorse of truck bed covers. Marine-grade vinyl stretched over aircraft-grade aluminium side rails, held drum-tight by a tension system that does not go slack when the temperature drops. It keeps snow, rain, gravel dust and curious eyes out of your bed, and it takes the wind off the back of the cab so you claw back a little fuel economy on the highway.

Access is the reason people choose this style. Undo two clamps at the tailgate, roll the cover forward against the cab, and the entire bed is open — no panels to lift out, nowhere to store them. Sizing & fitment

Ordered by bed length, not truck model alone — the same F-150 year can be sold with three different beds. Measure from the inside of the bulkhead to the inside of the closed tailgate and match that number to the size on this page. Our sizes show both the common name and the exact measurement, for example 6'4" Bed (76.3"). If your truck has a factory bed liner, cargo management rails or a RamBox, tell us — some of those need a different part or a rail spacer.

Installation

Roughly 45–60 minutes with hand tools. Lay the rails along the bed lip, clamp them down, set the tension, roll the cover on and secure the front bulkhead seal. Nothing is drilled and nothing is glued. Free professional install at our Edmonton shop with any cover purchase — order by 4 PM and it goes on the same day.

Care & maintenance

Wash the vinyl with mild soap and water, never solvents or petroleum-based cleaners. Twice a year, wipe the vinyl with a UV protectant to stop it drying out, and keep the rail channels clear of gravel and ice so water can drain. In deep cold, roll the cover open slowly the first time each day — vinyl stiffens below about −25°C.

Will it fit my truck?
Every cover we list is model-specific — it is matched to your year, make, model and bed length, not trimmed to fit. Use the fitment finder above, or read your bed length off the tape and match it to the size shown. If you are unsure, call us with your VIN and we will confirm before you buy.

Can I install it myself?
Yes. These are no-drill, clamp-on covers and all hardware is included — most customers are done in under an hour with basic hand tools. If you would rather not, we install same day in Edmonton, free with purchase.

Will it leak?
A tonneau cover is water-resistant, not a sealed lid. The rails channel water off the sides and out the back, which keeps cargo dry in rain and snow. In a heavy wash or a deep puddle, expect a little spray at the tailgate seam — that is normal for every cover on the market, ours included.

Can I take it through a car wash?
Hand wash or touchless is fine. Avoid brush-style automatic washes — the brushes catch the leading edge of a rolled cover.

Will it hold weight?
No. Soft covers are weather and security protection, not a load floor. If you need to stand or stack on the cover, look at our Hard Tri-Fold instead.
